Dr. Cherlin Simon is a Psychologist, MsC II, Cartographer, Theologian, CEO of Ecological Movement of Haiti, Former Country Director Assistant of Housing Works in Haiti, and Former National Mental Health Coordinator of the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) Haïti. He has served in PAHO/WHO leadership positions of mental health, nationally and internationally. He is also a former HIV officer of Jhpiego in Haiti and Regional Consultant, North of Haiti. He has a demonstrated history of working in governmental affairs and is skilled in non-profit organizations, program evaluation, strategic planning, and strategy development in Haiti. He is a co-Investigator and co-author of the procedure manual for HIV Therapeutic and Psychosocial Means for MSPP with initiative5%.
